Evaluation of criminal history will consider factors such as the nature, severity, circumstances, and recency of the offense.
- Evictions within the last 7 years will result in an automatic application denial
- Renters insurance is required
- Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. All applicants must complete the process or your application may be delayed or not approved.
