- We conduct a criminal background check. Criminal histories involving weapons, drugs, violence, or any other actions posing a threat to the safety of the community, BREPM personnel, or property may result in an application being denied. Evaluation of criminal history will consider factors such as the nature, severity, circumstances, and recency of the offense.
- Evictions within the last 7 years will result in an automatic application denial
- Renters insurance is required
- Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. All applicants must complete the process or your application may be delayed or not approved.
- This property does not accept AHFC, rent relief, or any other housing vouchers
